Department of Computer and Information Science

Our department is part of the Faculty of Information Technology, Mathematics and Electrical Engineering at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim, Norway.

We offer several Bachelor and Master programmes, compiled from a broad range of courses, covering most areas of computer and information science. Learn more about our programmes and courses in the Education page.

	08/02 - Disputation João Batista Rocha-Junior 30th of January, João Batista Rocha-Junior completed his trial lecture and thesis defense. He will eventually be awarded the PhD degree. Professor Kjetil Nørvåg supervised João's PhD work at the Data and Information Management research group. Professor Jon Atle Gulla,  Adjunct Associate Professor Jon Olav Hauglid, Research Scientist Akrivi Vlachou og Post Doctoral Fellow Christos Doulkeridis have co-supervised the PhD work. 	27/01 - Water! Social Change through New Media Friday 27th of January, the Water! Social Change through New Media village presented their experts in teamwork projects related to global water challenges.
