Department of Computer and Information Science

Our department is part of the Faculty of Information Technology, Mathematics and Electrical Engineering at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim, Norway.

We offer several Bachelor and Master programmes, compiled from a broad range of courses covering most areas of computer and information science. Learn more about our programmes and courses on the Education page.

29/09 - Researchers' Night 2014

Friday 26th of September, the 10th Researchers' Night event took place at NTNU. 1100 high school students had signed up for an interesting night at the university; with 35 stands, 9 lectures, 3 lab excursions, which presented some of our ongoing research at NTNU. [Full story...]

Associate Professor Anne C. Elster and the team she is part of has landed an EU project. Elster is part of the team behind the Horizon 2020 ICT-7 CloudLightning project proposal. Of the 140 project proposals submitted in the last call, only 16 received grants. [Full story...]
