Organization
The Department Board gives counsil to the Head of the Department, regarding the day to day management, while the Board of Executives advise the Head of the Department in a longtime perspective.
Department Board
Gives counsel about the day to day management of the department.
Consists of the Head of Department, Deputy Head of Department, and the leader of each of the department's groups, the leaders of the research committee, and the teaching committee, the Chief Engineer, and the Office Manager.
Board of Executives
The Board of Executives will advise the department management regarding:
- Strategy and high-level prioritizing
- Budget
- Issues of great strategical or principal importance
- The development of the department in relation to approved goals and objectives, and in context of the prevailing department strategies
