Exercises

There will likely be 10 small-scale programming exercises. Some of you will be allowed to do a small/medium-scale programming project instead of the last three exercises. The programming is done using the Helios SR1 release of Eclipse, with some additional plugins that we will provide.

All exercises are downloaded as a zip-file and imported into Eclipse, using the “Import…→Archive File” wizard. Before doing this, a Java project must be created and configured with specific source (src, tests and resources) and build paths (junit3 library). You may instead download a preconfigured Java project and import it using the “Import…→Existing Projects into Workspace” wizard. Browse to and select the downloaded zip file and a correctly configured project should appear.

Completed exercises must be submitted/uploaded toit's learning AND graded by a teaching assistant (face-to-face, not by email). For each exercise you'll gather points, and on average you need 75 of 100 points for each exercise.
