CEC 2009 to Trondheim

IEEE Congress on Evolutionary Computation

The Department of Computer and Information Science at NTNU and The Department of Electronics at the University of York have won the bid for IEEE CEC 2009 to be arranged in Trondheim, Norway. The conference will take place at Nova Conference Center and Cinema from 18th - 21st of May 2009.

CEC 2009 aims is to be the largest technical event on computational intelligence in the world with the biggest impact in 2009. CEC 2009 will provide a stimulating forum for hundreds of scientists, engineers, educators and students from all over the world to disseminate their new research findings and exchange information on emerging areas of research in the fields.

Pauline Haddow is the Program Chair, Morten Hartmann and Christina Costa Santini are both Local Chairs, and Gunnar Tufte is the Poster Session Chair.
