Women Research Network in Health Informatics

A women research network in health informatics has recently been established to create an arena where women from various health informatics disiplines can meet and share ideas. The research network will start as a local network, but the long term goal is to grow and become both a national, and an international research network for women in health informatics.

The first meeting for the women research network will be on thursday 28th of May, from 11:00 - 13:00 in room MTG1 at Medisinsk-teknisk forskningssenter (MTFS) in Trondheim.

Within the field of health informatics the network aims to support women in PhD, research, and post doctoral positions, as well as women master students in the Master of Health Informatics programme of study at NTNU. Female researchers in health informatics who work in the private sector is also warmly welcomed.
