Professor Mads Nygård has been elected Vice President of Tekna, the Norwegian Society of Graduate Technical and Scientific Professionals. Both he and the President of Tekna, Marianne Harg, were elected by acclamation at the Representantskap meeting, which was held in Trondheim from 4th to 6th of June.
Mads has served as a member of Tekna's executive board for the last two years. While Mads starts his first term serving as Vice President, Marianne will embark on her third term as President of Tekna. Each term in Tekna lasts for two years.
