Monday 22nd of August, Ole Jakob Mengshoel gave a talk about the recent progress in Bayesian network computation. Ole was invited to the department to talk about his work within this research field.
Ole Jakob is a former student from our department. He completed his civil engineering degree in computer science / telematics at NTH (now NTNU). Currently he is working at Carnegie Mellon University as a Senior Systems Scientist with CMU Silicon Valley at the NASA Ames Research Center.
