21st and 22nd of September, Nils Brede Moe completed his trial lectures, and on 22nd of September he completed his thesis defence for the degree of Doctor philosophiae.
Nils' first trial lecture was titled Future of Global Software Development – Opportunities and challenges of combining insourcing and offshoring and the second trial lecture was titled The role of different testing techniques in change-driven development.
The committee for the defence were: professor Kurt Schneider (Leibniz Universität Hannover), Dr. Outi Salo (Nokia Corporation), and professor Torbjørn Skramstad (NTNU) which also coordinated the event
