HelsIT 2011

This year's Healthcare Informatics Week (HelsIT) took place from 27th to 29th of September. The main parts of of the event was the HelsIT conference held from 28th to 29th of September, and the theme day 27th of September. This year's HelsIT event got around  4-500 participants.

HelsIT is a collaborative effort between the Norwegian EHR Research Centre (NSEP), Programme for Healthcare Informatics (NTNU) and KITH. The aim of the HelsIT is to be an annual meeting place for all stakeholders interested in healthcare informatics. It has been an annual event since 2003.

From our department professor Eric Monteiro, professor Øystein Nytrø, professor Pieter J. Toussaint, professor Kjell Bratbergsengen, PhD candidate Vigdis Heimly, PhD candidate Andreas D. Landmark, Phd candidate Ero Stig Karlsen and master student Erlend A. Gjære were involved with the conference, through talks or organization.
