Professor Kjell Bratbergsengen had an article in Computerworld recently, where he shared his thoughts on how the "Quality Reform" (Kvalitetsreformen) has influenced the higher education in Norway. By streamlining programmes of study, each Faculty can earn more - but the students get fewer choices.
