10 April, Anh Nguyen Duc completed his trial lecture and thesis defence. He will eventually be awarded the PhD degree. Professor Reidar Conradi has supervised his PhD work at the Software Engineering (SE) research group. Co-supervisors have been Senior Lecturer Carl-Fredrik Sørensen, Research Scientist Daniela Cruzes, and Adjunct Professor Torgeir Dingsøyr.
The committee appointed to evaluate his thesis, trial lecture and defence consisted of; Associate Professor Carolyn Seaman (University of Maryland, USA), Associated Professor Marco Torchiano (Politecnico di Torino, Italy), and Professor Guttorm Sindre (NTNU). Guttorm Sindre was also the administrator of the assessment committee.
