Personal information

I am currently employed at IDI at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, where I earned my MSc (computer science) in 2004.

I have previously worked at ITEA, which is the IT department at NTNU, where I was a systems administrator on their supercomputers. In february 2006, I returned to IDI to pursue a Ph.D. on scalability and automatic performance tuning in the context of heterogeneous parallel computers. My main fields of interest are numerical computing and complexity theory.

Outside of work, I am primarily a family man, but when time permits I try to play one of these
