On the 16th of October 2009, I defended my PhD thesis "A Groovy Virtual Drummer: Learning by Imitation Using A Self-Organizing Connectionist Architecture" [ PDF, 42.4 MB ]
I have been focusing on learning by imitation using machine learning techniques. I focus on imitation learning in dance and drumming.
